What is a good beginner water proof camera?

I’m looking for a water poof camera, I love to go kayaking and I wanna take pictures but i don’t wanna bring my phone. I really don’t wanna break the bank, no more than a 100 or i willing to trade too. I have two coach purse if anyone is interested.
