Hello! I recently moved into a new apartment and the dryer they provided stops early when we I or my roommate used the timed dry setting and when using any other setting, our clothes are still damp. I’m not entirely sure how to even troubleshoot this issue, the only thing I can think of is that it ooks like there’s a part of the lint trap missing, but I can’t confirm that as when we I try to search up this dryer I get a sea of different hot point models that look similar but not quite the same.
