24F, 5’1, no kids
so in the last 1 1/2 years, i went from almost 200 pounds to currently 140- i didnt do it the ‘right’ way- i went through a bad breakup, spammed cardio and rapidly lost the weight (and my butt lol)
i am still losing weight and would like to lose another 20 pounds!
what is needed to improve my butt? would weight loss improve appearance of glutes (losing the fat pad / love handles?) and what shape would this be considered?
is it possible for the bottom of my stomach (apron, the part that hangs) minimize with more weight loss or does it look like loose skin?
should i focus on weight loss and then recomp or start now?
