Day 7 at 5mg. Less patient and more irritable.

Im sensitive to meds so im starting at 5mg. I have mild side effects so far thank god, but I noticed yesterday and today, im really quick to snap at my kids and have way less patience with them. Anyone relate? Does it get better? Im guessing yes, since its early but would like to hear if anyone can relate.

How do you eat in a day? Office diet culture.

I'm just curious because im surrounded by people STEEPED in diet culture. At my office I usually eat breakfast, lunch and sometimes a snack. Solid meals too: waffles with pb, banana, and a chobani greek yogurt for breakfast and a sandwich chips and fruit for lunch. Sometimes something in between, but then I usually eat lunch later in the day. Then I usually have a couple pieces of candy around 2-3pm.

Almost everyone in my office and family, usually skip one of those meals. I dont. And I feel like the outlier for eating two meals during my shift. So what do you think? Im scared to ask this question because of the people here that still have disordered eating patterns, so please only respond if you know your eating patterns are not disordered.

Do you guys use a comb to comb through conditioner?

I started using a wide tooth comb to comb through conditioner in the shower and was wondering what you think of this method. I want to get the strands well coated with conditioner but I know hair is most fragile when it's wet so it makes me nervous to comb through it. So what do you think?

Work ethic?

I just got my first prescription and im waiting until the weekend to start. I just got news that im up for a promotion, how has this med affected your work ethic? Better or worse? Obviously some of my work ethic comes from my anxiety and perfectionist tendencies, so im nervous to lose my edge.
