Got selected for Accenture AASE role. My offer letter shows:

• Fixed pay: ₹5.41 LPA
• Variable pay: up to 16%
• Total earning potential: ₹6.28 LPA

But there is no mention of any joining/sign-on bonus in the offer letter.

I’ve seen many people mention ₹50k joining bonus for Accenture freshers, so wanted to know if:

• it is removed now,
• batch-specific,
• or communicated separately later?

Also, what is the realistic in-hand salary per month for this package after deductions? And do freshers usually get full variable pay?
