Each district will reap 24 tributes, no age limit, and will host their own local hunger games until 8 tributes remain who will then move on for the final games, except districts 1-4 who will have 9 tributes move forward to make the final games tribute count: 100 tributes for the 100th anniversary. The final arena will be like the first 10 games with just a big stadium with a live audience to prevent the games from being too long with that many tributes. A hundred years of games, a hundred tributes (288 total) 1 victor.
