My first TN at Niagara Falls land border back in 2011/2012 was denied couple of times because the application was weak (i.e. missing critical information in the support letter). I was allowed to enter but not on TN status. On third attempt I got approved. I held multiple TN visas after that without denial.

During AOS application, I disclose this as denial of visa or denial of status and do not need the details as I do not remember as it was 14 years ago.

I am estimating to file my 485 in September. Does anyone know the new changes that are coming to 485 form and is it 100 percent moving electronically. I just got my physical copies of passport photos and booked medical next week?

My spouse worked on paid campaign projects on need basis while on dependent visa. Since our last lawful admission my spouse worked for 1-2 days. Has anyone filed 485 with similar case and how did your lawyer handle this. Do we need do attach an explanation letter with the 485 form or provide every detail of the work my spouse performed and their name any amount.

My spouse did limited freelance work which was unauthorized prior to our last admission to US back in jan 2026. Has anyone faced this situation and how did your lawyer handled it?

Will the FAD and DOF stay current going into end of FY26 and beyond.
