Kitty wont run things from my path in ~/.cargo/bin
I have tplay installled, ~/.cargo/bin is in $PATH, it works fine in Terminal.app. It even works wheneever i type it out, but it won't work in executable files. It jsut says command not found.

So I found these cool circline adapters on eBay, but they need 3-way sockets. The fixtures I want to use them in only have standard sockets, and replacing the socket isn't an option. I need a device that either leaves both contacts always energized (high) or has a pullstring or something to switch between modes. Thanks for helping.
