First day on the job as my cat, Poki gives us the blep!

Just adopted this heat seeking lap missile today! She is the sweetest lil kitty Ive ever met! What a class act and she's only 5-6 months old!

Seen on a tree in Oklahoma USA

I thought mushrooms only grew on dead trees? Does that mean there's a dead spot on it or something?

"16" Eli isn't eating and losing weight. Vet said I need to start considering when it's timem

I've had him all my adult life. With my last cat... He went noticably for a worse turn so it was an easy call to do what's right. I don't know how to tell with Eli, I know he's not feeling well but he's always been so strong. He's still just... Hanging in there.

The vet says when he stops taking food entirely it will probably only be a few days. His kidneys got so much worse since his last visit. I just want him to be comfortable.

They did a hydration therapy thing and gave me some meds to stimulate his appetite. I guess we just see how it goes.

Eli "15/16" had a good vet visit today!

He's been throwing up liquid in the morning and he has early KD so I gotta keep my boy hydrated and happy as I can.

He has seemed bummed out lately. He's had a hard year and I'm doing my best to make it up to him. I'm pretty sure he's gonna be 16 next month (need to check his kitten pics dates). He's lost weight but he's starting a hypothyroid treatment and getting some nausea meds. I'm optimistic to see him a bit more chipper! He's getting wet food tonight!
