Never really bothered with 100%’s before but I might commit to getting more, it was nice seeing the 49/49 achievements on Hades.
They must be so happy that God blessed them with the word Retcon on the 6th day, otherwise they would starve.
I don’t know what they gain from trying to delve into the mindset of how Oda made every decision, but sometimes it’s a little ridiculous. Like, is it that surprising that Oda came up with a simple plot point for the story of Shanks adding a twin brother? Whether Oda is a good writer or not, it doesn’t change the fact that Oda could have as easily come up with Shanks having a twin brother while lounging out back then, than if he suddenly came up with before the reveal in Elbaph.
Also saying this scene takes away from Shanks’ character is dumb because there was nothing being added to Shanks’ character in first place by this scene. They’re clearly upset that their headcanon got confirmed non-canon.
Oda was trying to be mysterious with this scene, hiding both the eye and arm.

Like it’s so distributed that it feels unrealistic that it’s all been gathered. I still am trying to understand the DS3 lore because I finished it recently.
