Is the Apploggd thing legit?

I've seen people talking about it on Discord, but why can't you download it from Backloggd? Is it fake or safe to use? Has anyone used it? I'm not very tech-savvy and I don't want to end up doing something I shouldn't...

Edit: I'm talking about this https://github.com/nik250dev/apploggd

What do you think a game would have to be like to REALLY be rated a 0.5?

Leaving aside rage ratings and purely emotional reasons, and trying to be as objective as possible, what do you think a game needs to have to earn the lowest score? Sometimes I'm not sure if I should ever give a game the minimum rating. It just feels... unfair?
