Connectivity Pack suddenly inactive on my new Vida VX2 Plus – Anyone else facing this?
Hi everyone,
I’m looking for some advice or similar experiences regarding the Vida Connectivity Pack. I bought my Vida VX2 Plus just 3 weeks ago, and for the first 2 weeks, everything was working perfectly.
However, as of this week, my connectivity status has suddenly switched to "Inactive." You can see the status in the attached photo
When I reached out to customer care to get this sorted, they told me that this pack isn't free, which is confusing because I was under the impression that these features were included or at least functional for a new vehicle.
Has anyone else dealt with this issue on a new VX2 Plus? Did you have to pay to get it reactivated, or is this a known bug that can be fixed through the dealership? Any guidance on how to escalate this or get it resolved without paying for a pack that should have been active would be greatly appreciated!
