Found this under where I park my car on the side of the road. Unsure if it was thrown from a passing car or if its mine. I have a 2022 kia sorento.

What is this and is it from my car ?

He was hardly moving & had this odd thing sticking out of his back end. We located him to the grass but am curious to know what was wrong with him?
