I'm curious about how people discover interesting events happening around them — meetups, workshops, hackathons, networking events, concerts, sports, etc.

What do you normally use to find these events? Google, Instagram, Meetup, Eventbrite, Reddit, Facebook, WhatsApp/Telegram groups, or something else?

Have you ever found out about an interesting event only after it had already happened?
