We're looking for an experienced **Local SEO + WordPress/Netlify Specialist** to help build and rank websites as we scale toward **20 SEO-ready website launches per month**.

This starts as a **paid 30-day trial**, with the opportunity for a long-term/full-time position based on performance.

# Responsibilities

* Build and deploy websites using **WordPress and Netlify**
* Local keyword and competitor/SERP research
* On-page + technical SEO
* Service and city/location pages
* Site architecture and internal linking
* Schema, metadata, and image optimization
* Page speed/Core Web Vitals
* Google Search Console and indexing
* Local citations and basic backlink outreach
* Rank tracking and ongoing optimization
* AI-assisted workflows using ChatGPT/Claude
* Help develop templates, SOPs, and automation to scale production

# Must-Have Skills

**1. Local SEO** — Experience ranking local service websites.

**2. WordPress + Netlify** — Building, deploying, and managing websites, including DNS, SSL, forms, redirects, and deployments.

**3. Technical/On-Page SEO** — Keyword research, site architecture, schema, indexing, internal linking, page speed, and Google Search Console.

Experience with **Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Rank Math, BrightLocal, Elementor, GitHub, ChatGPT, or Claude** is a plus.

# Compensation

**Paid 30-day trial → Full-time opportunity**

Long-term compensation will include **base pay + performance bonuses** for:

* Google **Top 10** rankings
* Additional bonus for **Top 3**
* Websites successfully **rented to paying businesses**
* Production and quality targets
