Relapse after masturbating

I was healing good since 1 year back now and yesterday I woke in the middle of the night with a extremely tingling feeling in my balls and after I masturbated everything calmed down but the day after the burning in my rectum and ice cold feeling in my feets moving around, sometimes both legs are ice cold and this terrible burning which goes up and down in intensity.

Anyone else experience this ice cold feeling in feets and legs?

It's horrendous to live with and I need to sit down to urinate, can't stand anymore since 6 months back..

Will this ever go away? Is it neuralgia in the pelvic region, why this ice cold feeling and tingling, but this burning is a nightmare

Pain in rectum after urinating

What causes the pain to come back after i have urinated in rectum? It feels tight and burning and most often comes after urinating.

I was healed from chronic bacterial prostatitis taking antibiotics for 4 weeks, i got infected by catheter and bad diagnose from start with e.coli for many months, e.coli got into the prostate and lived there for long time.

Anyway this pain after urinating is frustrating, is it irritated nerves causing it or still inflammation?

Very strange feeling...

Anyone else feels this ice cold feeling in rectum in scrotum and the same feeling in your feets?

Often I get this minor burning in rectum after I urinated, after a while it moves from burning to a ice cold feeling that I can feel in my feets, it's like you are out walking in freezing winter with bad shoes and your feets are like ice cold.

Metabolic disorder after removal

Anyone got or developed metabolic disorder after removal of gallbladder? I had pancreatitis one year ago, after that something changed as most of the urination occurs night time where i need to pee every second hour large volumes that I have retained during the day.

It seems there is some metabolic disorder going on as fluid shifts when I lay down.

Why does urologists have different view on treatmentsm

I have diagnosed chronic bacteria prostatitis and I'm on treatment now with antibiotics for e.coli in my prostate.

However there are best practices or general guidelines from FDA and The urologist association in Europe that says treatment shall be min. 4-6 weeks with fluoroquinolones antibiotics for chronic bacterial prostatitis.

I have two urologists and the first one wanted me to take antibiotics two tablets for 21 days or 3 weeks, my second urologist wants me to take two tablets it for 15 days and the take a maintenance dose day 15-30, one tablet each day.

Why aren't they following best practice of min. 4 weeks?

I have taken for 10 days now and much better.

Urolog wants to put me on ETVAX trial

Finally after meeting the urologist today he confirmed i have chronic bacteria prostatitis.

After three times on ABXs over a period of 6 months e.coli has come back after a week or two.

He explained to me that i am a good candidate to take the ETVAX vaccine against e.coli infections, they had great success with other patients with the same diagnosis.

This was new to me, but first he will put me on Cipro for 4 weeks, straight after that we will do urine culture to check if e.coli is gone, if it's gone he will put me on this vaccine straight away before it comes back and creeps out of the prostate.

This gives me hope now as i had terrible pain and soreness the last few days, this night was the worst ever.

There is hope, but you need to find the right people out there.

Giving up soon, still E.coli present

I visited my urologist today, the latest urine analysis still shows e.coli present.

Last time I got Bactrim which made me much better, now he prescribed Cipro, this is the second time I am taking it

He also said it's one of the more kind e.coli variant

Why doesn't it go away then? This has been going for one year now and they can't get rid of e.coli, despite being the more easy one.

My symtoms are still burning and feeling something in rectum, also the burning can travel sometimes thru the penis and burning the tip.
