NA Job offer & Orientation/tips

I had my interview for an RA/NA position yesterday. Right afterwards I completed my drug test. The interview was really straightforward. Since the interview was on a Thursday, and drug test has already been completed. They said 14 days to hear back, but I’m thinking it might be sooner.

Several questions;

  1. When should I expect a phone call from QT if I got the job?

  2. What tips do existing NA’s have that will help me transition if I got the job?

  3. What shoes would be best? I assume they need to be black (not with mesh or anything), and non slip.

  4. Any insights or breakdowns of what to expect with training?

I applied for an NA position several days ago. If I am chosen for an interview, etc, how long does it take for QT to call to schedule an interview?

QT Assistant manager job question.

I’ve been browsing QT assistant managers jobs in my area, and for the longest timeI only saw the option for RA/NA was for a 46 hour work week.

However, I see a few weeks ago for the same area (seems to be only for one location though) that a 40 hour work week was also posted too.
I posted the screenshots above.

Could anyone comment on what it would be like to work the relief assistant schedule for the 40 hour VS the 46 hour?

For me, I like consistency for schedules so IMO that makes the 40hr RA position more attractive than the RA 46 hour.

I’d like to hear from others on what it’s like to work the 40 vs the 46HR and see who’s done both. Night assistant schedule would wreck my social life.

Th400 Transmission question

Castrol Transmax Dexron VI Mercon LV Automatic Transmission Fluid, 1 Quart, Pack of 6.

Is this transmission fluid a good full synthetic transmission fluid to use even though it says Dexon VI - Mercon LV? for a rebuilt TH400? On the back it does say that this is compatible with all GM Hydra-Matic trannys and I know the TH400's use Dexron VI. Ive done some googling and see that the Mercon LV fluid is NOT the same as Dexron VI. it seems like a lot of fluid I've looked at have been the Dexon VI - Mercon LV.

  1. Am I able to use this fluid without any issues? or should I be looking for exclusively Dexron VI?
