Trailer 3 + pre-orders are dropping next week. Here's every real proof

I feel like a lot of people have actually given up on something happening next week, and that's wild to me, because right now we have more concrete evidence than we ever had on May 12th or any other hype date, which were all based on patterns. Patterns are what hype and kill this community. This time, most of the evidence has nothing to do with patterns.

So forget the toxic copium. Here's every actual sign pointing to something happening next week.

- Sony mentioning the game in their earnings call + already emailing PS4 users to upgrade for GTA 6 – 5/10

- Best Buy leaked pre-orders opening May 18, independently verified by Insider Gaming - 9/10

- Trailer 2 still shows "May 26" on YouTube - 3/10
If that date passes with zero communication, it becomes genuinely embarrassing. Yes, the official site & trailers have been updated, but their own site redirects to YouTube. It's not normal for a casual user to open the best info of the game, so the 2nd trailer, and see a release date that's already passed. We never even got a real trailer ahead of the November 19 date, bruh.

- Take-Two earnings call is May 21, perfectly aligned with the Best Buy campaign window (May 18–21). That's not a coincidence + since when does a retail campaign end on a Thursday, 4 days only ? - 3/10

- Rockstar cleared the Thursday slot by announcing GTA Online content early - 3/10

- Take-Two investor call, especially the one <6 months out from launch + Zelnick teasing since early may - 5/10
The investor call, <6 months out from launch, is why May is historically golden for Rockstar btw.

Addressing the counter-arguments:

- "Marketing starts in summer, so nothing from them till summer" - 0/10
A trailer is not marketing — it's communication. Summer marketing means billboards, ads, and merch designed to reach casual audiences and drive sales. A trailer can drop at any time and serves a completely different purpose.

- Tom Henderson says nothing until August - 0/10
It's an opinion, and honestly a crazy one. Nothing till August with a November 19 release date isn't a strategy, it's basically a delay announcement or crazy revolution.

Overall: 5/10. Not really pattern-free, but the evidence is more grounded than it's ever been. If nothing drops, honestly just tune out until freaking September.
