Super upset and maybe looking for some advice. Took delivery of my model y 04/25 got the windows tinted 05/02 and somehow the tint shop managed to damage my vehicle. I did NOT get the sunroof tinted so idk how it even happened but they said they will order a new sunroof through Tesla and install themselves. They are a tint and window repair as well but to my knowledge they are NOT certified through Tesla. I was hesitant and just said ok but idk I’m not feeling too comfortable. Any thoughts on how to handle this ?!
