If you hire out in Fort Worth, would you initially be able to hold there or would you more than likely be going to an outer-lying terminal? Where?

Any idea how long this takes on average? No criminal history or anything negative. Worked on other railroads and have a clean record. UP has sent my background check back to the vendor twice
