Lord willing, I will be debt free and crossing into steps 4,5,6 by the end of May. However, I do not own my own home and would like to start step 3b. Do I focus strictly on 3b before moving into 4-6, or do I start putting the 15% into mutual funds, etc, while also saving for a down payment for a home?
