hello. so i have severe gastroparesis and have been on TPN for 4 weeks. However, it hasn’t been enough to help me gain weight. My doctor wants me back on tube feeds, however the pain I get from even 10ml/hr is excruciating through my GJ tube. I don’t know what to do. I can’t eat much but clears and the tube feeds put me in such pain. But if I don’t gain weight i’m going to die. Please help. What do I do? Please.

Coming off all clears after weeks. What nutrition shake should I try? Ensure? Plant based? The fiber screws up my stomach however. So I have to be mindful of that. I’m just at a loss as to where to start. Thanks yall.

I’ve been on TPN for about a month now after a horrible flare that left me unable to tolerate anything. Even water.. Where should I start with food? I’m so hungry but i’m so nervous it’s going to destroy my stomach. I don’t know if I can do this friends. I’m so scared to start eating again 🥺🥺🥺
