What has worked for you in improving your forgetfulness?
Today I have one of those days where I feel fine in terms or emotions or focus but the forgetfulness is just through the roof! I had to go back into my flat three times to get stuff before i could finally go on my way to my studio. Then at the train station I sat down to take off a jacket and check the trains as my train was disrupted. Because of this I forgot my newly bought large aquarel paper block worth €40 euros either at the station or on the train. I can’t even remember where I lost it….
It’s funny because I am one of those ADHD people that actually IS good with money, but then I end up losing a lot of money because of these stupid things and it’s honestly the most frustrating thing in the world. Yeah I get overwhelmed often, I find it hard to keep up with basic household tasks, can’t always focus, but a lot of these things I can improve when I have consistency in my routines with healthy eating habits, morning and night routines (my weakness) and regular exercise, but the forgetfulness is beyond anything and it always makes me beat myself up. I can’t even remember if I already got into the train at my departure station or if I left it on the train before I had to change trains…
