X-E5 vs X-T50. Second body advice for a Sony user.

I am a new photographer who mostly had experience behind the computer editing video instead of behind the camera. Started photography within the past year and greatly enjoyed it and purchased a Sony a6700. It does everything well but does not excel in SOOC colors. A friend introduced me to Fujifilm and I have enjoyed the film simulation, compactness, and ease of use their x100vi provides. Finding out the viral hype and cost behind that camera however, I turned towards the more moderately priced X-E5 or X-T50 as my next best alternative.

Already having one camera body and a decent range of lenses, I am not interested in replacing my a6700 but rather accompanying it with a more portable, smaller, flatter companion. I live in Tokyo and am interested in exclusively using the 23mm pancake lens for street photography. I would like something I can slide in my jacket pocket or small backpack without having to carry my camera sling around everywhere as I do now.

I would like to hear from owners of either the X-E5 or X-T50 on why they chose the model they did, what they think it excels and lacks in, and what they recommend for me who values portability and compactness above all, closely followed by handling comfort and ease of use.

My current pros for the X-E5 are its rangefinder build, and slim and small size which allow for easy carry.

My cons are that it seems difficult to grip. I am a tall guy with large hands so I think I would need to buy aftermarket grip attachments. Does anyone have experience with those and if so, how do they help (or not). Or has the grip been fine without attachments?

I appreciate the built in flash on the X-T50 but would likely be buying a godox it30 pro for whichever camera I choose anyways so it would be irrelevant.

Thanks everyone :)
