I got the “EV malfunction” message and took it to my dealer asap. The car has been sitting there for abt two weeks. I made numerous calls, but no one answered. After a week, I went to the dealership and was informed that they had identified the issue and would submit the claim by EOB. However, it has been a week since then, and I have yet to receive any updates. Is this normal? Ive been trying to reach their service manager but she’s not returning my calls either. The car is a CPO and I’m wondering what are my options are. Thank you all!
