New Ro user and I was super excited to get my prescription this week! It was supposed to arrive yesterday, but kept saying delayed at the post office, so I swung by today and the woman said she had absolutely no idea where it could be. Not out for delivery, not delivered, and not in the mailroom. I’m super bummed but not sure how to move forward from here. I sent a chat message and emailed Ro Support, but it seems like it may take a bit to get a response. I’m pretty frustrated as a new user, I know it’s not technically Ro’s fault but it would be nice if there was a live support/phone available to speak with someone in support. Has anyone experienced this?
