Hi, my snapchat stopped working since 2 days. The chats would not load up. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, software update of IOS, cleared cache, offload app and reinstalled it, Switched networks but nothing seems to work. I keep getting 'could not load, tap to retry' And the issue is happening to both of my snapchat accounts. I tried to login on snapchat web but the chats would not load up in snapchat web as welll. Please help. Its been 2 days and snapchat does not have live customer agent to chat. Please see the attached SS
