Share code at the airport?

Hi! I got approved (yey!) and Im traveling to the UK next week for the first time without my ETA but with a visa instead. I generated a share code, is this enough to prove to the airline that I have the right to fly to the UK without a return ticket? The share code itself does not provide any information should IDK screenshot the e-visa page just in case? Any experience?

LEAVING Portugal

After almost 5yrs here Im leaving Portugal. I managed to have a good life here but my partner and I decided that this is not the place for us to build a family and we are going back to the UK. Did someone left the country? Im confused on how to inform AIMA/Seguranca Social and Financas so if anyone can help I would very much appreciate it, thanks!

Approved! No co-hab and not straight-foward case

It finally happened to us!! We got approval after very long 6 weeks! Our case was quite messy but we managed to get approval on this time-frame:

Applied: March 31st, priority

Bio: April 2nd

ECO: April 14th

More documents request (documents that we had submited but oh well): May 9th

Approved: May 13th (30 working days since application and 28 since Bio)

Our case was not super easy. WLW relationship, long distance since the begginig, we have been together for 2 1/2 years now. I have two passports (with my name spelled different on them) and Im living on a 3rd country. I also had a cohabitation union with my ex that due legal procedures in my home country was resolved on January 2025 so we were affraid that could pottencially jeopardize de 2 years akin to marriage and, on top of that, I also had a previous tourist visa rejection for the US.

On our favour was the fact that Id visit her at least once if not more per month since late 2023, have plenty of trips and family events together and a solid call-chat log, so we could easily prove consistency. Also, the financial and housing aspect was confortable for us so that`s also a plus.

Good luck to all those who are waiting! I know sometimes it feels like too much but if your relationship is solid and you can explain whatever gap or issue that can araise, then there`s nothing to worry about.
