So I've never read any hannigram or hannibal related ff before, and there are many options on ao3 so can anyone help me narrow my options by suggesting their fav one's.

I'm watching twin peaks and it's my first time watching something made by David lynch. Why are the conversations between the characters so weird? Or is it just how david lynch media is written?
