Basically what the title says. I recently built a pc and had valorant working fine but then a different game had stuttering issues and it turns out there was an issue with the drivers. After updating the drivers valorant is now basically unplayable due to the amount of rubberbanding and stuttering that I experience every game and I don't know what caused this. I have tried reinstalling drivers again and that didnt fix it. I have a 9070xt and 7800x3d. In game I'll get around 13-25 ping, 0 packet loss, 128 server tick rate, and my fps is stable and capped at 360 on a 1440p monitor.
