When I turned on my pc a couple of days ago, i saw that i had no internet, so I did the usual restarts and checked the wire connections until I saw that the port light wasn't even turning on. Could someone please help? I do not have the money to buy a new motherboard.

Things I've tried:

restarted computer and

unplugged PSU and drained all power

downloaded latest drivers

checked port for damage

checked bios setting and LAN was turned on
