Has anyone here lived at 21 Chauncy St? Considering renting an apartment there, but worried about noise levels, how responsive management is, etc.

I'm fine with street noise, but how well can you hear your neighbors (both through the walls and from upstairs)? My current building I can hear literally everything my upstairs neighbors do and it's driving me a bit insane, so I'm really hoping to avoid that in my next apartment.

Typically, I expect to see 9/1 listings starting to take off in April, but this year everything I've seen so far have been for June, and there's not many listings even so. Has the rental season gotten later since the last time I looked (admittedly a few years ago) or does Cambridge operate on a later cycle than Brookline/Boston?
