Is http://craggyscorner.com legit?
Hey so I've been following CraggysCorner on TikTok for a while because my bf sent it to me and I decided to order a t-shirt from their shop craggyscorner.com for his birthday.
I ordered on 27th of April and it's been on hold ever since. E-mailed them what's going on and they apparently needed me to give them my phone number so that it can be shipped but that's it. They did not respond to any other e-mails of mine, deleted my TikTok comment, the order is still on hold, bfs birthday are coming and I feel like I've been scammed. Plus it seems to me that if I didn't reach out, they wouldn't even contact me themselves. I get it that it might take some time to get it shipped to Europe from America but this is getting weird.
Is anyone here who ordered something from the shop? There isn't much information about it on their website and I don't know what to do. The Shop app where I can track my order might let me report a problem but only after 30 days, if ever (the option is not mandatory for the shops).
What should I do?
