Non custodial filed petition of modification in his county upstate NY and they temporarily granted it until the case was done and the last hearing he did not show up to the court case and the judge dismissed it and its supposed to go back to the original amount. They inputted the dismissal in February and im still waiting for the amount to go back to original. Anyone have experience with NYC changing things back to original amount?
It should be the same system so im unsure of what to do. I called multiple times and no answers
