Does anybody know if you can take out loans for summer semester? Or is it just Pell grant?

First time not making SAP for spring semester and I’m trying to appeal so I can still be eligible for financial aid in the fall. Does anyone have any advice?

I dropped 2 classes sometime during the beginning of the semester so I didn’t get a 2nd disbursement of Pell grant :/ but my schedule is open again so is it too late to add any classes? As well as receiving Pell grant or is it cut off already?
