EV charger PE Fault

Hello,

EDIT: https://imgur.com/a/iySEKP9 here is a sketch of the setup

I am from the Philippines (not sure if that info helps with the issue - standards and all of that), and I need help my feyree EV charger. It is a 32A 7kW Type 2 EV charger with a touchscreen (Leakage Type B, said in the manual and in the screen). The problem is that it is hitting with a PE Fault error even though we installed a 5ft grounding rod. I also ordered a 10ft one (not sure if that will help solving this issue.

This is installed by an electrician before the charger arrived so I had no chance to test it first. I just encountered the issue after trying it out the first time.

What is weird for me is that when I tried my old feyree EV charger (Leakage Type A), no errors were displayed.

The seller said:

“The standard grounding resistance of the charger needs to be ≤ 4 ω device to detect normal grounding. if the grounding resistance is greater than 6 ω, the pe will also report the pe failure.”

I am wondering if bonding the ground rods of different lengths like 10ft, 5ft, and optional 1 meter (6ft apart from each other) will help and reduce the resistance connected together with a continuous 8AWG line. Any thoughts? Any other ideas to solve this?

Actually, I can turn off the PE fault error but we want to resolve this and do the best practice since this is about electric safety.

Apologies for bit of a mess displayed in the pic of the grounding rod, but it is buried deep.
