is my sun conure mimicking us?
I can’t tell if these are normal honks or if he is trying to “say it”

just got the bright idea of cheaply hanging some of cajus toys for him to mess with since he likes to be high up and ofc all he wants to mess with is the freaking command hook lol. gotta inspect the structural integrity i suppose pffft.
okay so my male sun conure is 6 months old and he has started gaining more personality the longer we have had him but along with that he is getting more and more “bitey”. i wouldn’t call it aggression because he’s not lunging or showing any signs of aggression but no matter how much i put him in time out after every hard bite or how much i work on training it seems to be getting worse. when he bites i do the 10 minutes of time out and then try again and he’s right back to biting hard asf. his new thing is to bite necks which is immediately a huge problem because when he bites hard he draws blood. i don’t know if it’s hormones or discomfort from pin feathers but it has to stop for our safety and his. so far i have been sticking to time outs for 5 to 10 minutes or trying to walk away but he just comes right over to where i am lol i am being bullied by a baby bird and its hard not to flinch or make a noise when he’s actually ripping my skin off. sorry for the yap, any advice would be appreciated. (he also has multiple toys in and outside his cage, a window with a perch and toys, and a play gym which he is terrified of at the moment.)
hello! my sun conure is about 6 months old and i’ve noticed these white fluffy feathers. he’s got some pin feathers and was fully vetted at the beginning of this month and everything was clear so it could be new growth maybe but i’m not seeing any clear answers when i google what it could be so now i’m here! if it gets worse i will definitely give the vet a call but just wanted to see what y’all think!
so my male and female parakeet have been together for almost 8 months and we have never had issues until now. our male has been showing weird black plumage as well as weight loss so immediately i put him on his own (i will attach a picture of the feather). our female recently started chasing him around the cage, not letting him eat, and showing occasional aggression. my overall goal is to get advice on our cage arrangement. is keeping them near each other ideal? i don’t want to cause more stress from the change/ cause my female any more behavior issues. thanks for reading! (we have three parakeets now we used to have two pairs but unfortunately our other females other half passed away last year. so two in the flight cage with separator, and the bully on her own in the taller cage) we only had the tall cage because when we picked up our problem pair they were unfortunately clipped so we will be upgrading to a flight cage as soon and possible.
