HIRING INDIAN EDITORS FOR MY YT CHANNEL
We are looking for a dedicated Shorts Editor for a monetized channel. We need someone who is ready to work immediately and can handle a fast-paced schedule.
The Requirements:
Volume: 2 Shorts per day.
Workflow: We provide all clips and materials; you provide the edit.
Punctuality: Deadlines are non-negotiable. If you delay work, you will be removed from the team immediately.

Payment Structure (Non-Negotiable):
Fixed Rate: ₹250 per Short.
No Negotiations: Do not DM me to negotiate. If you agree to the price, DM me. If you try to negotiate after DMing, you will be ignored/ghosted.
Performance Bonus: If a Short hits 1 Million+ views, you receive an additional ₹250 bonus for that video (totaling ₹500 for that specific edit).
Payment Schedule: Daily payments for the first few days to build trust, then moving to weekly or monthly.
Future Opportunities:
While the immediate focus is on Shorts, we will also need long-form video editing for the channel in the near future. Terms for long-form will be discussed separately with the right candidate.
