whyyyyyyy are houses so darn expensive because it's Columbia? I am baffled by the prices in this area. All the houses in Rosewood have 0 updates to it since like the 1800s, usually 1 bathroom, not in the best area and are like $280+. This is ridiculous what i'm seeing!!

Any places you’d recommend to go look at some engagement rings? Need to see what I like and sizing!
