I'll design, build and manage the engine that starts meetings with your ideal customers - you only pay when it pays for itself

I'm the founder of an Outbound Sales Agency that builds customer acquisition systems for companies looking to repeatedly start conversations with their ideal customers, so new pipeline stops depending on referrals and the founder's own network.

I work with founders and sales leaders in cybersecurity, marketing services, and software development, specifically companies with a sales or demo-led motion where every deal starts with a conversation.

My service works when these things are true:
-You have a nameable B2B buyer (not consumer, not B2C)
-Your LTV justifies signal based outreach and working with a service provider like me (where one closed opportunity far outweighs any CAC involved)
-You operate in an industry where strong offers and cold outreach work (not all do)
-You have customers already and some data on closed-won accounts

I'll design, build, and manage the engine day to day, so all your team has to do is close the opportunities we create.

Bonus: we also cover offer strategy, list building, workflow setup, and campaign performance tracking. I'll also write the campaign copy and manage your deliverability and inbox placement.

I only charge for the build (~$12k) once the engine produces its first 5 qualified opportunities (if you close at 20%, this should pay for itself already).

After that you can keep the engine and run it yourself, or keep me on to run it, where I charge per opportunity (think of it as embedding a senior growth operator into your team) so your team can focus on closing.

Interested Founders and Sales Leaders can comment or DM and I'll reply to everyone.

This one change helped us 7x reply rates in 45 days and bring in 25 booked meetings

I'm the founder of an outbound sales agency that helps companies build customer acquisition systems that repeatedly bring in new sales conversations with their ideal customers.

Last founder I did this for ran a compliance-prep SaaS and his cold sequence was stuck under 0.5% replies on 5,000 emails a month. Unlike most sequences I've seen, their issue was not deliverability, inbox health, or list quality (which are usually the reasons for underperformance).

Once those were ruled out, I reviewed the copy and realized what went wrong.

Their copy did not give their prospects a reason to reply. They mentioned a relevant insight (which is good), shared an insightful read of their likely pain point, and then their CTA was something like "Would you be open to chat about this?"

In their prospect's mind - they would have agreed the email was relevant and the pain was real - but they didn't have a reason to spend a few moments to type out a response.

"What was in it for them to reply" did not come across.

Their offer only came in their fourth touch - which was way too late. At that point, you've already been ignored 3 times prior.

All we fixed was we made their offer clearer and earlier in the sequence.

The result: Same list, same volume, in 45 days it went to 3.4% replies and 25 booked meetings.

So to the founders, operators, and sales leaders reading this: DM me one company you'd love as a customer and I'll run it through the same process I use for my clients and send you back: the one reason to reach out now if there is one, and a ready-to-send email using a similar format as the one we used.

If you like what I send back, send it to your prospects. I hope they reply and eventually become a customer!

What channels are actually building pipeline for you right now?

Curious how other SDRs and sales teams here are building pipeline this quarter.

Most of the teams I work with lean on cold/warm outbound, SEO, ads, or referrals. I build outbound engines for B2B teams, and I want to learn what channels and plays are actually working for people prospecting into other markets.

What's worked for you and your team? Anything unusual you've tried? Have you made it repeatable?

How are you sourcing your own pipeline right now?

Curious how other B2B sales folks here are generating pipeline this quarter.

Most of the teams I work with are in cybersecurity, marketing services, and software development, and they lean on cold/warm outbound, SEO, ads, or referrals. I build outbound engines for B2B teams, and I want to learn what's working for people selling into other markets.

What's actually worked for you and your team? Anything unusual you've tried? How have you built, or are you building, a repeatable pipeline channel today?
