Has anyone come up with a solution to get rid of the glare? I couldn’t find anything on google and don’t know what it is called.

I’m talking about the little slider that moves the louvres of the four vents on the dashboard. Glare from the sun is annoying when it happens. In certain conditions I can see its reflection on the window.

I was hoping to find a cover or replacement or removing it if possible.
