At first, you think, "I'll apply everywhere and someone will definitely take me" but as the gap grows, the pressure increases, confidence drops, and suddenly interviews become more about explaining the gap than your skills. I've seen things like this happen, and I don't want others to face the same situation. Lately I’ve noticed that a huge number of developers are struggling to even get interviews, especially freshers and junior devs. After going through many posts and resumes, one common issue I kept finding was that most candidates send the exact same resume to every job application without optimizing it for the role or ATS screening. Because of that, many good candidates get rejected before a human even sees their profile. To try solving this, I built a small platform where users can upload their resume along with a job description and get suggestions on what’s missing, what keywords to improve, and how to better match the role requirements. I’m still improving it and genuinely want feedback from developers and job seekers so I can make it actually useful instead of just another tool.
