I have been a VG client for over 20 years. Yesterday I got this message when I tried to access my Vanguard accounts: "Access Denied. You don't have permission to access "http://logon.vanguard.com/logon?" on this server."

I called VG, and when they couldn't figure out why this was happening, they submitted an IT request to investigate, and said it could take 5-7 days to resolve. This seems totally unacceptable to me that it would take so long - has anyone on the VG thread had similar problems? Any suggestions?
