Hi everyone! I’m looking for roommates for a 4B1B shared apartment in Davis. In 1333 Arlington Blvd.
I’m a male ECE Master’s student at UC Davis.
The unit is currently a 2B1B apartment converted into a 4-person shared space
Rent:
Bedroom 1: $800/month(With walkin closet and seperate AC)
Bedroom 2: $720/month(With regular closet)
Living room bunk bed:
Upper bunk: $320/month
Lower bunk: $340/month
It is negotiable if you wanna share a room with your own mates. For example, if you share the master room, the rent gose up to $1000 for you two to spilt.
~10 minutes biking to campus
Roommate Preferences:
No seeding, excessive drinking, or other disruptive habits
No bringing guests over without prior discussion (negotiable)
Clean up after using shared spaces (kitchen, bathroom, etc.)
Communicate openly if any issues come up
About Shared Spaces:
I will regularly take out the trash and do basic cleaning
Everyone is expected to help maintain cleanliness
Furniture:
Furniture is not included
Current tenants will take most of their belongings
I can help ask about second-hand furniture or assist with purchasing
Pets:
Pets are allowed with additional fees
Must ensure your pet does not disturb others
Move-in:
Lease officially starts September 1st
Early move-in (up to ~1 month earlier) may be possible as current roommates leave early
Because of the bunk bed setup, this is one of the most cost-effective options in Davis.
