So I was talking to this guy I had met online for about 5 months now. He seemed nice and sweet but there were always things he did that didn’t sit right with me and I always suspected he was talking to other girls. Well I finally had enough and reached out to a girl I suspected he was talking to. She confirmed she had been talking to him intimately.
I was going to confront him with this information but he was ignoring me. I tell her to confront him first. So she does. He texts me hours later saying he saw everything I had said (that’s fine with me i didn’t say anything untruthful) and that he has nothing more to say to me. He blocked me and that was that. Now that doesn’t bother me what bothers me is that he blocked me but didn’t block anyone else involved. Which makes me think perhaps she was in cahoots with him? Or she doesn’t care? Or maybe he told her a good lie and she let it go. It makes me feel like I should have just blocked and left him when I felt like things were strange and never looked back. He has a lot of friends on this online community everywhere, like developers and game designers. I don’t feel comfortable being on the platform anymore and going into the games I enjoy because I feel like he’s going to conjure up lies about me to his friends and I’m going to be treated poorly, when in reality I haven’t done anything wrong. If anything I was deceived by a person who told me I was their everything and they wanted to get married have kids. They said they loved me. And I found out I was betrayed. Yet somehow I’m left feeling like I’m the one that did something wrong. His status stays the same (not saying I want it destroyed either) and mine feels like I can’t log into my account and enjoy my games anymore. :/ I really regret saying anything and I wish I could have just left without saying a word.
