As the title says, my pc would not boot up when both sticks are plugged in but when using only 1 ram from channel A my pc boots up.

Previously my pc was working fine with both sticks but i accidentally bumped my pc and suddenly it wont boot up with two sticks.

If anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated!

Edit 1: by luck, it turned with 2 sticks. I just inserted the other one and it booted up. Though, i dont know the exact cause why it booted up or why it wont boot up with 2 sticks
