I'm new and an employee demonstrated to me how to use the intercom from the HDphone by typing in a specific phone number, calling it, saying your message then hanging up
What phone number was it again? And are there other convenient ways to access the intercom?
im new at HD and just did my 2nd shift. when i was still in the store, I looked at the Workforce app to check my work schedule and it says my shift is like 3 weeks away??? Im assuming its wrong cuz that sounds like complete bs when i specifically put 24/7 availability and I still have training orientation videos to complete. I tried to check in store to see if the manager that was training us at orientation was available and couldn't find him and I didn't get his contact info.
I checked for answers online when i got home and tried Workday, myTHDR.com (spec KRONOS), Workforce (again), and trying to access MyApron on my own computer and NOTHING IS FUCKING WORKING
i used 3 different tutorial videos for Workday that say different ways to access schedules, except HD customizes their settings so they look completely different from the tutorial videos, tried using the search bar several terms with key terms and clicking the links for NO SCHEDULE
kronos JUST STRAIGHT UP DOESNT WORK i got an error message from both my phone and my computer when i typed my user id and password correctly twice
Workforce isn't being helpful except for the Feedback section which had a conveniently placed "I need to make a request about my schedule or a policy" section which said to either call HR rep or use myapron which i also dont have access to on my own computer cuz both microsoft and google cant access it 🙃
Im so fucking tired and wanna go to bed. this sucks butt. im gonna google "what to do if you dont know your work schedule" ill maybe call HR early in the morning cuz i legitamately do not know if i have work tmw and possibly be fired for being absent OR literally just come to the store to use myapron on there computers
