I’m genuinely upset with how RCB lost to LSG. This wasn’t just another defeat…this might’ve cost us a top-2 spot. Now with tougher matches coming up, even a top-4 finish doesn’t feel secure anymore😔
What hurt the most was the decision to send Jitesh ahead of Krunal. That completely changed the momentum. Jitesh is clearly out of form, and promoting him in such a crucial phase just didn’t make sense.
Because of that, we ended up losing Patidar at the worst time. If Krunal had come in, he could’ve at least rotated strike, supported Patidar, and stabilized things a bit.
I don’t understand what DK was thinking with that call. Because of decisions like this, I believe we’ve had 5 batting collapses in just 10 matches.
We’ve seen this pattern way too many times over the years…lack of match awareness in crunch moments. And it’s frustrating because these small decisions are what separate top-2 teams from the rest.
At this point, I just hope we don’t let this spiral further
