I live in Nador and found a laptop online from a seller in Fes. since I can't travel to inspect it in person, I'm looking for advice from people who have experience buying electronics from other moroccan cities.

are there delivery services that allow inspection before payment? Is Cash on Delivery generally safe for expensive items? What precautions would you recommend to avoid scams?
