My bf wants to do anal

I have had anal w an average dildo and a finger, both made me faint instantly and super nauseous, so when I woke up I was gagging and was told I was making weird sounds while I was out.

I had 0 pain, but the nausea felt so so bad, worse than a hangover. And fainting isn't so good either ofc. My doctor told me it might be due to vagus nerve, told me since I don't have any lasting effects that it's safe to do again.
